Helen was trained by ANSU School of Sound in the Borders (Now SoundSphere Scotland) in 2019, gaining a distinction in Creative and Therapeutic Sound for Communities. She runs sound healing events, singing circles and ‘Kirtan' across Fife, and loves collaborating with others.

She found her voice and musical journey during a particularly poignant and painful time in her life.  She was lucky enough to take refuge off grid, living in a log cabin in South Lanarkshire for a year. Here she was able to connect to nature, herself and emotions, and to others around the fireside.

She discovered sound healing to be a huge comfort in her life, and a place where she could just turn up as she was, lay down, and unfurl. 

Memories, trapped emotion, pain and energy could be shifted, and she felt deeply restored, soothed and relaxed afterwards. She wanted to be able to offer this to others, and is humbled to have been able to do this over the last few years.

Her travels have taken her back to India 6 times since her 20's, inspiring her deeply, and infusing her style with a more sacred and spiritual essence.  She loves to play her harmonium, and create intimate gatherings that ‘unfurl’ our hearts in joy, love, devotion and connection. 

Her offerings are heart centred and gentle, inviting a unique and deep ‘unfurling’ that support you to unwind, open and release.
