I have been a conscious student of the Womb for ten years through connection with my own body, the Moon, the spiracular circles, cycles, and abundant flow of nature, and practical exploration of goddesses and their lore. My work honours the Womb in all forms. 

My approach is trauma-informed. My training and professional background is in coaching, circle, depth psychology, ancient Hellenistic astrology, indigenous and postcolonial perspectives, shamanic practise, and service user-led mental health research.
