Somatic work has profoundly transformed my wellbeing and I am passionate about supporting others to discover the freedom, pleasure and safety we can experience in our bodies. I believe that connecting to our sensuality can deepen our relationship to ourselves, to others and to this planet in ways that completely transform our life experiences. 

As well as sexuality and intimacy work, I also offer grief tending spaces. Tending to and exploring grief allows us to honour our loss(es), deepens our self-understanding, and ultimately fosters healing and emotional resilience; to know love is to know grief. Both sexuality and grief work have made me feel more alive and have allowed me to connect with joy, pleasure and silliness in richer ways. 

In my day to day you can find me rambling on the south downs, petting all the dogs, sea swimming and eating pasta.
