Time is a human invention, nature doesn’t have a clock, it follows the moon and sun cycle; time creates an artificial rhythm of life through these invented units- years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, seconds.

It serves well our western societies to enslave people into a constant chase of this virtual time: excess consumption, over achievement, fulfilling obligations/to do list, meeting deadlines, running after time and overusing our body and health with not enough rest.

Resting, relaxing, not doing anything is often shamed. Our lifetime is all we truly possess, and how we choose to spend this limited duration belong to us.

This process enables a very powerful realisation of our relationship with time, and a reconnection with our own individual inner rhythm and the importance to follow that above the outside artificial ticking clock.
