I am a NIMH (National Institute of Medical Herbalists) accredited Medical Herbalist, a facilitator with Birth into Being, and a Spirit Release and Soul Integration Therapist.

My practice combines the methods described below and provides a full spectrum far reaching healing that explores the root cause of body symptoms. I use a lot of intuitive guidance through channeling whatever presents within a safe and secure space carefully created for the work

I provide herbal consultation to offer advice on lifestyle and diet and support with medicinal plants. I believe in listening to what the body is trying to say, I walk away from of disease fear approach and instead offer inner work session guided by a plant to listen in, invite an intuitive dialogue with a plant and release trauma. In my experience most of our ailments or disease are an opportunity to address childhood trauma and our ancestral healing

My mission is to connect - from deep inner connection with myself to outer connection with others - the human heart, nature and animal kingdom. I just want to take every step and every breath with a little bit more trust each time, trust in life, trust in love, trust in myself, trust that we are exactly where we are meant to be, and trust that what is happening is exactly how it should happen.
