Time is a human invention, nature doesn’t have a clock, it follows the moon and sun cycle; time creates an artificial rhythm of life through these invented units- years, months[...] seconds. It serves well our western societies to enslave people into a constant chase of this virtual time: excess consumption, over achievement, fulfilling obligations/to do list, meeting deadlines, overusing our body and health with not enough rest. Resting/not doing anything is often shamed. Our lifetime is all we truly possess, and how we choose to spend it belong to us. This process enables a very powerful realisation of our relationship with time, and a reconnection with our own individual inner rhythm and the importance to follow that above the outside artificial ticking clock.
