Apply to Community Constellations

APPLICATION DEADLINE MIDNIGHT THIS FRIDAY 9TH OCT. We will try our best to review last minute applications submitted after this if any spaces remain, but cannot guarantee it.

Please note that we aim to be radically inclusive in our work and we will not automatically reject your application based upon any answer you give below. Our aim is to understand your readiness for Community Constellations and, if necessary, have a further conversation with you if we have doubts about your readiness for the process. Please answer these questions as honestly as possible.

If we accept your application, acceptance alone does not reserve you a place on the workshop. Please refer to your acceptance email which will then direct you to a ticket purchase link to secure a place on the day.

How are you with witnessing and expressing emotions such as grief, rage and joy?

Briefly describe any experience you have with meditation and / or altered states.

Do you, your birth family or ancestors have any history or current condition of psychosis, schizophrenia, suicidal ideation or other severe mental health conditions? Please indicate whether this is current and/or historic.

To what extent do you feel you have access to empathic, caring support from people in your life following a potentially intense emotional process such as Community Constellations?

Who would you turn to if you needed support?

If we accept you onto the day and you decide to commit, will you be able to pay the £50 ticket price to secure your spot? (If you have a discount code please answer question with discounted price in mind)

If 'No' please respond to the following question:

We aim to be radically inclusive to those whose financial situation means they would have to sacrifice meeting their basic physical and emotional needs (eg. access to adequate housing, nutrition, physical and emotional safety) in order to pay the £50 ticket price to this event. Do you fit into this category, and if so, what ticket price would allow you to attend the event without sacrificing your basic physical and emotional needs? Please indicate whether you would be open to exploring a potential work exchange with us for a reduced price ticket, which may help us accommodate more participants in this category.

Please note that although we aim to be financially radically inclusive, we cannot guarantee a place for everyone in this situation.

Do you have any dietary requirements? Please note that our workshops include bring-and-share lunches. If you have a specific dietary requirement please bring your own lunch. You will not be expected to share.

It is important that we eat well when doing the emotionally intense work of Community Constellations. If you answered no to the question above, are you able to bring something wholesome and delicious (preferably homemade!) to the community bring-and-share lunch?

Do you have any other specific needs which would be useful for us to know to help you participate in our workshop?

Consent form:

I, the undersigned, understand that Community Constellations offer opportunities for transformative and powerful exploration and can be intensely emotional. They can also reveal aspects to issues which, once witnessed, may change my perspective on an issue forever. It may be important to build simple embodied practices into my life following the workshop (a range of which will be offered to me as part of the workshop experience), as well as being prepared to lean on trusted people in my life to integrate the workshop experience afterwards.

I take full responsibility for my choice to attend the workshop, knowing that I am encouraged to opt out of any part of the day if I wish. I understand that Community Constellations intend to offer me healing and therapeutic experiences, but are not intended to replace any psychological therapies or psychiatric care I need or am currently receiving.
