Cacao Ceremony for Self Love

You are invited to an evening of soul nourishment, medicine music, ceremonial cacao and practices to remind you of your innate wholeness and Love. 

When we do not love ourselves in the truest sense of the word, we are missing a fundamental key to living from an empowered place in connection with all that is.

Loving yourself isn’t routed in vanity, but rather in your ability to accept and welcome every aspect of what it is to be human. If we are able to shift into a deep mode of self acceptance, perhaps we’ll live in deeper harmony with our external reality, more effortlessly manifesting the live we dream of.

Are you ready to let go of self limiting beliefs and step into a world of limitless possibility and heart felt connection? 

This Cacao ceremony is designed to lovingly invite you to a place in-between worlds and time, where your beauty and worthiness is illuminated. 

Through the power of medicine music, you will be held in a vibrational velvety quilt of soul nurture, and rocked into the remembrance that you are enough, just as you are. 

By looking into our minds through meditation, we’ll work to cultivate stillness and reprogram patterns of disempowering self talk, creating affirmations to rekindle the love, the empowerment and belief in ourselves. We’ll assess the emotions that arise when we consider what loving ourselves means and where these emotions are routed. By exploring our ability to bring our awareness into our bodies and our hearts, will venture to the depths of the back heart, the region responsible for how much we give ourselves. 

Through mantra and affirmation practice, we will access the ancient codes of Sanskrit to unlock and open the heart to the infinite beauty that's already within.

Your Facilitators

Laura has facilitated with Psychedelic Society since 2017. After a decade of working with shamanic plant medicine, she offers transformational spaces designed to explore the darker parts of our psyche in order to experience deeper love, expansion and liberation. Currently she is studying to be a doctor of the Amazonian Master Plants and lives part time in the Amazon Rainforest with an indigenous maestro. 

Over a decade ago, she travelled the Americas working in NGOs focusing on ecological sustainability before discovering the ancient keys to the psyche found in the plants of the rainforest. Experiencing a deeper sense of reality inspired the creation of transformative arts company Infinite Experience, who travelled the world with their interactive theatre piece designed to transcend separateness. She now holds workshops, ceremonies, retreats and 1-1 sessions designed to connect people to their deeper essence guided by her experience and years of training in healing modalities.

• Diploma in Craniosacral therapy - 1 year - CCST. In depth work with the Nervous System (anatomy & pathology); trauma informed study

• The Wisdom of Trauma course with Gabor Mate 

• Over 10 years working with shamanic diets, techniques and practice

• QiGong teacher training - 1 year - Mimi Kuo Deemer 

• Somatic Experiencing - short course - Peter Levine 

• Reclaiming your six body wisdom areas course with Suzanne Scurlock

• Masters in Acting from East 15 (Alexandra technique; somatic practice & training; Meisner technique; physical theatre; body connection work; Clown studies; Bouffon)

• BA (hons) Philosophy and Theology - consciousness studies/metaphysics - University of Nottingham and Melbourne

Lucidia Omamori

Lucidia is a lifelong international medicine musician specialising in voice and harp. At the heart of her work is to inspire a transcendent adventure in consciousness, a celebration of love and life through the synergy of sound and song. Through her music, she uplifts and inspires the heart and soul through authentic expression, as an invitation to open to joy and to transform sorrow, to contemplate and meditate, to feel and to express or just to rest in endless echoes of melodious love. She has a BA in songwriting, harp & vocals.
