Do You Crave Deeper, More Meaningful Connections in Your Life?

Have you ever felt the longing for conversations that go beyond the surface?

Are you seeking a space where you can be your true self without fear of judgment?

Do you desire to understand and be understood on a deeper level, regardless of your cultural or gender background?

If these questions resonate with you, join us for a transformative and inclusive series of workshops: Authentic Relating

This workshop series is not just an event but a journey toward building a community grounded in genuine connection and understanding.

What is Authentic Relating?

Authentic Relating (AR) refers to a set of practices designed to create deep, meaningful, and genuine connections between people. It involves games and exercises that encourage vulnerability, empathy, and the expression of one's true self. Originating in the early 2000s in San Francisco, AR has blossomed into a global movement, touching lives in various corners of the world.

This movement is grounded in the understanding that authenticity is the key to fulfilling relationships. Instead of trying to change ourselves, we simply bring awareness and presence to parts of ourselves that might be vulnerable, scared, ashamed, lonely or longing for connection. With a history steeped in the desire for deeper human connection, AR offers a refreshing contrast to the often superficial interactions of our daily lives.

The Experience and Benefits

Through this workshop series, participants may experience:

  • A greater sense of connection and community.
  • Improved understanding and empathy towards others, transcending cultural and gender differences.
  • Enhanced communication skills, fostering deeper and more genuine relationships.
  • Personal transformation through the exploration of one's thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.
  • Exploration of unloved parts of yourself.
  • Understanding yourself as a canvas that hosts many different parts, sensations, thoughts, and images.
  • Deep relational bonding and thus deep relational transformation.

Previous attendees of workshops similar to this:

“I have managed to look into the eyes of another person for a pre-longed period and felt really safe. This changed how I look at people forever.”

“I have a deeper understanding of who I really am and how I can communicate my experience to others in a way I'm understood.”

“I feel so much love and connection right now, it's like I am on ecstasy."

About the Workshop

This community-building event is open to everyone in the area and free of charge.

We believe in the inclusivity of all genders, cultures, and backgrounds, and strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome and valued.

In our series, we will explore some of over 600 authentic relating games and practices, including 'Circling'. Circling is an AR practice akin to a relational meditation. It's a powerful tool for shadow work, allowing participants to be seen and understood by a group. It also helps in recognizing and acknowledging physical sensations and emotional responses in the presence of others which can make a profound difference in situations of trigger, activation, conflict or other situations of perceived separation.
