The way Olivia and her team held space for the entire group was utterly beautiful. She created an environment where I could just relax and shake off my nerves so that the plant medicine could work most effectively. I went into the experience with the intention of being challenged and wanting to work through some difficult stuff and the medicine took me there. At moments the intensity of the experience was a lot for me but Olivia, or one of her team, always knew exactly when to comfort me, allow me my own space, give me an opportunity to talk one on one or just sit silently with me. Plant medicine aside, I think the love and warmth of the environment here would have been powerful just on it's own so then to add in the plant medicine it just made it a life affirming, beautiful and profound experience. I can't recommend Olivia enough.
