An evening with Oliver Cowmeadow, principal of the International Macrobiotic School.
This is the first of three evenings with Oliver that we are excited to be hosting at MIC, and will focus on the topic of ‘Why Eat Plant Based? It’s better for us, nature and the planet!'
Oliver has been giving nutritional and lifestyle consultations using Oriental medicine for the last 40 years, and brings his wealth of healing experience to these talks.
