This unique collaboration brings together the nurturing guidance of Lina from Akasa.land for a cacao ceremony with my signature, transformative breathwork session.
With over a decade’s experience as a somatic practitioner, Lina weaves embodied anatomy, cranio-sacral therapy and fascial unwinding into her practice, holding space with a fierce tenderness and a deep sensitivity to nervous system dynamics.
Join us for an exploration into the nature of the heart. Beyond its role as a tireless pump, it is an intelligent organ with its own nervous system, and a gateway to a deeper connection with ourselves.
