Contact Improvisation
We will explore together in a class for roughly 45-60 mins and then have a jam together.
The material will be accessible for all levels. It will not be a specific beginners class, but you're very welcome to attend regardless of your experience.
We will be exploring continuums - themes of closeness+separation, opening+closing, lightness+firmness.
