Pleasure for the People presents:
Emotional Yoga

In this class we will be moving and exercising our emotional body to allow parts of us to express that don’t always get the space to in everyday life. When we continue living without giving ourselves a space to feel we can feel full, stagnant and murky inside. When our emotions don’t have space to move they can can have us feeling heavy, unmotivated or overwhelmed and anxious.

Practicing emotional yoga can support you in bringing mental, emotional and physical space into the body making room for clarity, creativity and deeper connection with yourself. This class will include journal writing, community sharing and movement and expression as you embody different emotions. Tegan will be guiding you fully along the way. Please prepare your space for movement and privacy with hydration, comfort, tissues, speaker and your journal.

Due to the intimate nature of our practices at Pleasure for the People there is an application form you'll be sent upon purchasing your ticket.
