'5 Steps to Sexual Liberation' with Bibi Grazter
Sex is the best way to reduce stress, and increase happiness, while it can also be a transformational tool to increase self-worth, confidence, and creativity.
And when sex becomes an embodied spiritual practice, then there is even more for you in store: deep cellular healing and trauma release, cosmic orgasms and DMT trips (out of body experiences where you merge with the universe), and calling in your deepest and truest desires.

Relationship and Sex Coach, Bibi Gratzer, envisions a world where sex and eros are celebrated and sacred so that we can become more authentic, safe and free in our expression of who we truly are. To make sex sacred again, means to connect sex with virtue and to recognise sex as a mystical act that connects us with life and death itself.
If you agree with Bibi that sexuality is an important part of human relating, you might also agree that sexuality is a foundational part of healthy relationship dynamics with ourselves, our soul, and our relationship with others. Also science backs this up (scroll down for more on this!).
Online Introduction
You are invited to join the online introduction session for a taste of '5 Steps to Sexual Liberation' with Bibi Gratzer. This session offers a sneak peek into the transformative 6-week course (starting 29th October), providing an opportunity for you to understand what you can expect over the six weeks and ask any questions directly to Bibi. It's the perfect chance to gauge whether this course is what you're looking for before committing to the full journey; a chance to explore the realms of sacred sexuality and pleasure in a safe, welcoming space!

Who is this for?
- This is for all those who want to either heal something in their sexuality, or who want to increase their capacity to experience pleasure. This is a trauma-informed and safe space, however it important to state that you are responsible for looking after your own mental health.
- This is for all those who recognise that there is something missing in the stories we have been told about sex (it's secret, forbidden, dangerous, slutty, etc.), and who are ready to re-write these stories and reconnect sex again with the sacred, the holy, the Divine.
- This is for couples and singles. Price is per person even if you are using only one account to login.
This event is for women, men, non-binary, couples, singles. All genders and gender non-conforming people welcome. The only prerequisite is that you are willing to participate in the practices, even if they may seem a bit odd or different initially.
We will explore the science of Sacred Sexuality.
Research shows that regular sexual practices with an intention and devotion, can significantly improve mental health (even more so than psychedelics), improve the bonding between two people, and thus have an impact on our overall life satisfaction, happiness, and family life.
Sex often leads to mystical experiences and flow states. Flow states are essential for creative expression and new ideas, which in return can be beneficial for the status of the world - especially at such a challenging time as now.
In other words… by having sex, we can help change the world!
Understanding the Importance of Practice.
Many of us might struggle to have what we might deem as “good sex”. Many experience shame, dissociation, fear, lack of desire or knowing what your desire is, as well as physical pain or other physical symptoms - and these might prevent us from enjoying a healthy sex life.
As with anything, if you want to be good at something, you have to practise. This is a course for those who are ready to level-up in their sex life, and to commit to 6 weeks of practise in this intimate area.
The system of tantra, as well as other spiritual practices, and neo-tantra have proven to be very helpful in regards to learning how to practice well. In her teachings, Bibi combines sexological body work, and hands-on healing, with ancient tantric practices, such as working with Shiva (the Divine Masculine) and Shakti (the Sacred Feminine), as well as teachings from the Diamond Approach and Conscious Kink.
What are the 5 pillars towards sexual liberation
Express the Animal & Emotional Body
Meet your animal body. It sometimes stinks. It makes funny noises, and it loves sex. Most of our animal bodies like close proximity to other bodies, they like to play, they like to feel and smell. If you want to be sexually liberated, you have to have a loving relationship with your animal body.
Besides the acknowledgement of our animal nature, there is also our emotional body. The more I have increased my capacity to be aware of and express all core emotions, the more space I made in my body for sexual energy to move through. I have more multiple orgasms, energy orgasms, and generally experience more pleasure in life.
Finally, pleasure needs a relaxed nervous system.
On the 6-weeks course, I’ll teach you how to express each of these parts of yourself and set yourself free.
Embodiment
For most women, it’s more challenging to have an orgasm, while for most men it’s challenging not to come before her. The problem on each side: disconnection from the body. It’s hard to have an orgasm when all I think about is what I should write in that email I didn’t send…
I have been there many times. Here we learn to understand the language of the body, and how to stay connected to your body while also being connected to someone else.
Authenticity
The biggest killer of sacred sex is lack of authenticity. Often this comes from deeply rooted shame, trauma, fear of rejection, or rejection of self. I still experience shame sometimes, but nothing like I used to when I had eating disorders in my teens.There was a time, I experienced pain during sex, for example, but I wouldn’t say anything.
I am not the only woman. Research shows that 50% of the women who claimed to be in a happy relationship also said that they experienced pain during intercourse but never communicated this with their partner. Authenticity has become one of my core values and I see how transformative it can be when I can communicate and show myself with vulnerability. This includes talking about my desires and fantasies, and claiming them.
Pleasure
If we all knew how to self-pleasure in a healing way, our world would be a different place. The Feminine in all of us has a strong need to feel pleasure. She is nourished by that, and has a greater capacity to nourish others. Pleasure makes us softer. Pleasure makes us more ecstatic and alive. Pleasure is a profound and divine experience, a celebration of the senses.
Pleasure-practice can be confronting for some, especially if you are like me - and feel guilty for just taking time for yourself. But it is incredibly healing and profoundly insightful.
Altered State
Sex can put us into flow-state, which is a state of consciousnesses in I am so present and focused that I forget myself. Instead of being an ‘I’, it’s more like being spirit in a body. This flow state in sex is created through a mixture of focus, pleasure, expansion, relaxation and surrender. Each of these come with their own practices which we are going to explore during the course.
The 6-Week Course
Over 6 weeks, we will dive gradually deeper into Sacred Sexuality practices. You will experience a self-pleasure practice in the comfort of your own home.
Below is a guide as to the themes we will touch on - these are subject to change based on the individuals in the final group, so you can help steer and mould where we spend our time:
- Week 1: Foundations, Animal & Emotional Body, Safety and Unconditional Love
- Week 2: Embodiment & Meeting & Working with Blocks
- Week 3: Authenticity & The Art of Worship
- Week 4: Pleasure & Sovereignty
- Week 5: Altered State through presence, focus& breath; The male orgasm
- Week 6: Altered State through surrender & ecstasy; The female orgasm

Each session on the course will last 2.5 hours, including time for 1-2-1 coaching, Q&A and homework given between sessions.

Meet Your Facilitator: Bibi Gratzer
Bibi Gratzer uses the tantric approach for transformation in the areas of sex, love and relationships. She is a Relationship and Sex Coach , working with couples and individuals. Bibi predominantly works with the wounds between masculine and feminine - and men and women. She has a background in ecology, and then studied Temple Arts, Authentic Relating archetypal shadow work, systemic constellations, and grief-tending. She is currently studying the VITA methodology with Layla Martin. Her spiritual practices include tantra, cross-work (an archetypal map of the soul), Ashtanga Yoga and different forms of dance. She has worked with hundreds of people offering intensives, workshops, retreats, and long-term mentoring.
What to bring?
- Please make sure that you are undisturbed for the duration of the call (if possible switch your phone off completely).
- We recommend creating a little altar or dedicated space for the duration of the entire course. You might want to buy things or collect things from nature that help you transform your space into a sacred temple, rather than a room. Invest a little bit of time here, it is worth it!
- Get cosy: create a nesting space with warm blankets and cushions
- Water (stay hydrated)
- Honey (or a vegan alternative)
- Tissues
- Notebook/journal, in case you want to revist certain practices or thoughts

- Be open and respectful of each other - People who disturb the safety of the group through judgemental, offensive, or violent behaviour will be asked to leave.
- Keep confidentiality - Please don't talk about other people's experiences outside of the workshop; talk about your own experiences only
