Vinyasa Flow at Berry Farm 4 dates

A weekly yoga class, every Friday 9:30-10:30am.
At Berry Farm, Silver St, South Cerney, Cirencester GL7 5TR

Inspired by the rhythms of nature- the seasons, the lunar cycles and more, we flow through varying practices each week, cultivating strength and flexibility through breath and fluid movement. Classes are balanced with longer stretches and the all important rest (savasana) at the end, inspired by the flow of a traditional vinyasa sequence.

All are welcome- there are always options for everyone so even if you’re a beginner, you can still come along for a beautifully strong practice.

Mats, blocks and props are provided.

You have the option to just book weekly as a drop in or you can buy a pack of classes which is valid from the first class used and then you have the time as stated to use them. These timings are extended over class breaks e.g. Christmas.

A bit more about me:
After training in Hatha Vinyasa yoga in 2022, I have been teaching ever since in and around the Cotswolds. I absolutely love bringing people together with creative and dynamic flows, whilst importantly providing a space to have fun and build connection to ourselves and those around us. My practices have over time taken a deeper inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, so I love to share this with what I offer too.
