An invitation to get into your bones and explore other states of consciousness to soften and open to your own aliveness and cellular awareness.

Offering  people a space where all of them is welcome, where we move through the spiral of healing with curiosity and compassion. 

Helping to feel and move into our bones in order to find more capacity and  ease but not through bypassing the systemic issues at play or our deep interconnectedness with each other and our planet.
