Join us for an afternoon of deep healing, self-discovery, and renewal. Rooted in the theme of Embrace & Presence, this experience is an invitation to slow down, nurture yourself, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.Through movement, breath, and energy work, we will create a sacred space for restoration, release, and profound transformation—honoring the power of being present, surrendering, and self-care.
What to Expect
We’ll begin with an embodiment practice that blends movement and gentle, flowing dance, allowing you to ground into your body and the present moment. The journey then unfolds with ceremonial cacao, a beautiful heart-opening ritual using Ecuadorian cacao sourced during my recent trip to the Amazon, preparing you for the transformative experiences ahead.
This will be followed by a vibrational sound journey and meditation, guiding you into deep relaxation before entering a powerful 40-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork session. We’ll close with a sharing circle, offering space for reflection and integration, while embracing the collective energy of the group.
This immersive 3-hour session will weave together:
