With master trainer Ricardo Balkhoven; “Hawaiian healing arts: it has become my life. It's my medicine and my connection to everything there is.” who has dedicated his whole life to the ceremonial and healing bodywork, trained thousands of people around the world and touched the hearts of so many in his private practice.
Lomi Lomi Temple Style is shamanic bodywork, it is ceremonial, spiritual massage from Hawaii that helps the soul awaken and the physical & emotional bodies to come back into harmony.
Learn an introductory Lomi Lomi massage routine from a highly experienced trainer.
No massage experience necessary.
Discover the philosophy of Huna & how we are intrinsically one with all humans, nature and the cosmos.
This is more than a physical experience: it also facilitates energetic release, to bring your mental, emotional and spiritual being back to wholeness.
Experience deep relaxation and relief from stress and pain, releasing stored emotions which cause muscle tension.
Together, we will create a powerful container for healing. Calling to Great Spirit, our Ancestors, Gods & Goddesses to support us throughout the day.
We will be breathing in and channeling Aloha - Universal Love throughout the massage, which is one of the key aspects to this style of bodywork.
It is in the breath, the inspiration, which is the link between heaven and our Earth bodies that is clearing and revitalizing our spirit, mind and body.
This day training is a full introduction to practical massage techniques, you will gain lots of knowledge and new movements.
The experiences of this day will give you a well rounded feeling of Lomi Lomi massage and leave you feeling connected to Spirit and each other. We hope you will feel inspired to join us on the 4 day residential full training in Glastonbury, UK on the 20th - 23rd November 2025. Here, you will learn a full routine, participate in breathwork and trauma release sessions and connect even deeper to yourself, your soul & the cosmos.
