FEELING: A 6-Week Online Course with Breathwork and Somatics

Join this six-week online exploration of feeling - something we do all day long with varying degrees of consciousness.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We'll dive into six fundamental emotions to see how they affect our mind, body and nervous system:

  1. Fear
  2. Anger
  3. Grief
  4. Shame
  5. Love, and
  6. Joy

Each week, we'll blend educational insights with practical exercises to deepen your understanding and processing of each emotion. Through…

  • nervous system and psychological education

  • embodiment practices

… You'll learn to recognise the physical sensations associated with these feelings and techniques to process them in your daily life. Also learning what happens when we suppress feeling — what happens to our body, thoughts and behaviours as a result.

Work on feeling your feelings rather than just talking about them.

Release tension and trauma, process difficult emotions, and cultivate a greater sense of alignment and resilience. Welcome receiving more joy and connection by expanding your capacity to feel and process all emotion!

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Alexandra is a specialist in guiding people into their bodies and back into connection with their true self through breathwork and somatic therapy. Trained in Rebirthing Breathwork and Integrative Therapy, she has extensive experience in facilitating. She facilitates the liberation of stuck emotion, energy, and experiences in the body, enabling them to shift and integrate. Having worked through her own acute post-traumatic stress symptoms and auto-immune issues in addition to her training, she is strongly informed by how trauma and the nervous system function.
