Create the Conditions for Regenerative Work

In our last event  “How to Finance and Build a New Economy”, our participants voted on the largest challenge they face in building a New Economy.  Their largest challenge: developing people in line with their essence. 
 

We can only build a Net Positive Economy the way that Nature builds ecosystems: by creating the conditions so that each individual species can carry out work that adds value to and regenerates the ecosystem overall.

To kick off 2024, we welcome you to learn and apply tested practices to create the conditions from which regenerative work can arise, how you can become a practitioner of these tested ways in your own workplace, and connect with others in different stages of the same journey towards a Net Positive Economy.

Regenerative work and management practices that grow people’s capacity to think for themselves and embody their essence can lead to upwards of 60% in organizational performance improvements.

Meaningful work, the alignment of an organization’s essence with its employees, and developmental conditions in an organization are strong drivers for this success.

Yet, the traditional work model doesn’t work. This is clear when poor management is the top destroyer of meaningfulness at work, when many jobs themselves do not add to Earth’s life-carrying capacity, and when the producers of that work are alienated from the wealth they create. 

Some of this session's key questions are: 
- How can we move forward into managing organizations as complex and creative living systems? 
- How can leaders emulate Nature, and generate the conditions for work so that our colleagues’ and our own uniqueness sharpens and becomes intertwined with the development of our organizations?
- What frameworks and patterns can we apply to safely and consistently support human development in our organizations?

 

In this 90 minute program, we'll be addressing Evolutesix's Adaptive Organization Methodology (see our 3-axis framework below) from the human development perspective, and discuss tested ways to develop people within our organizations, in line with their essence and potential.
