A group to talk about the use psychedelics for healing, creativity and spiritual growth. First Tuesday of each month 18.45-21.00 at the Salisbury Centre, 2 Salisbury Road, Edinburgh.

This is a safe, private space to discuss and share on the topic of psychedelics. I want newcomers to know that your confidentiality is protected, it's a quiet venue and a private room where we meet. You don't need to speak if you're not feeling comfortable, being there is enough. Everyone is welcome whether they have experience of psychedelics, or are just at the investigation stage.  We have a different theme each month to keep it interesting. Sometimes its a social evening but with the focus still on psychedelics and I line up some supportive and gentle activities to get to know each other in pairs and small groups. Other times we focus on integration techniques, past topics have been; Listening and communication skills, Regulating your nervous system, Authenticity, Consent and Boundaries, dealing with anger, appreceation, your inner critic/sabouteur, what integration means.

Its a very friendly and inclusive group . We do the best we can to be trauma informed and we love diverstity. We strive to be disability, neurodiversity, race, gender and sexuality aware and if I can do anything to make this group more accesible to you then please email me at goddessatyourservice@gmail.com. Everyone's views and experiences are valid and will be treated with the same inclusive respect.

Everyone over 18 welcome. Please attend completely sober ie. not under the influence of any substances. Please note that the Salisbury Centre does not allow smoking (including vaporisers and electronic cigarettes) alcohol consumption or the possession of any mind altering substances, anywhere on the premises including the garden. This is a facilitated peer to peer group and it is not the intention of the organisers to offer any medical or therapeutic advice or to encourage anybody to do anything illegal.
