Welcome to the Creative Oasis retreat day! Join us at the beautiful and vibrant Bush Theatre near Shepherd's Bush Market for a day filled with inspiration and calm. This in-person event is your chance to connect with your creativity and spark your imagination in a relaxing and supportive setting.

 

No creative experience necessary!

You can expect:

  • Breathwork and mindful relaxation

This small group day is led by 3 friends who connected in their shared experience of burnout - using creativity to recover. After years of running their individual workshops, they have come together on a mission to improve wellbeing using their strengths and personal insights along this journey.

Facilitator Cherishma

Cherishma is a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Coach who specialises in empowering individuals to take charge of their wellness through personalised coaching and dynamic workshops. Drawing on proven tools from Positive and Coaching Psychology, she blends science-backed strategies with holistic practices like yoga and mindfulness to support your unique journey toward lasting wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to manage stress, build resilience, or simply embrace more self-care, Cherishma creates a welcoming space where you can explore what truly works for you.

With a strong track record of developing wellbeing projects within the NHS, Cherishma’s workshops go beyond theory - they’re designed to spark real change by fostering a supportive environment that encourages connection, reflection, and growth. Join her to discover practical techniques and sustainable habits that help you thrive, both at work and in life.

Facilitator  Komal 

Komal is a Psychiatrist and passionate Artist who blends her mental health expertise with creative expression to help you find personal growth through art. Primarily a painter, she also explores collage, drawing, and printmaking, bringing a rich, playful approach to her workshops. With a foundation in Art Therapy, Komal designs sessions that invite you to tap into your inner voice, using art as a powerful tool for reflection and self-discovery.

Join Komal’s “Artful Insights: A Unique Collage Workshop for Self-Discovery” and dive into the intuitive world of collage-making. You’ll be guided to explore your emotions and thoughts through selecting and arranging images and textures in a way that’s both fun and deeply revealing. No art experience needed-just bring your curiosity and openness to play. This workshop offers a fresh, creative path to mindfulness, emotional release, and insight, helping you connect with yourself in a meaningful, inspiring way.

Facilitator Sharul

Sharul is an NHS GP and professional Photographer who’s turned her own experience with burnout into a powerful journey of wellbeing through creativity. She blends her medical insight with a passion for photography to help you discover mindfulness and joy in everyday moments. Her award-winning Photo Workshop, recognized by Health Education England, proves how snapping photos can boost resilience, ease stress, and build stronger connections with others.

Join Sharul for a lively, hands-on Photo Walk where you’ll learn to sharpen your visual senses and use your smartphone camera to see the world in a fresh, inspiring way- no prior photography skills required! This isn’t just about taking pictures; it’s about using your creativity as a simple, effective tool to refresh your mind and nurture your wellbeing. Come ready to explore, connect, and leave feeling energized and inspired to view life through a new lens.

How big will the group be?

We are aiming for an intimate group size that will allow you to relax and have an enjoyable experience!

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes, most of the day will be indoors but part of the day includes outdoor guided photography workshop.

What's the nearest station?

Shepherd's Bush Market is across the road from the venue and Goldhawk Road is a 7 minute walk away.

What's the plan for lunch?

Within the guided workshop you will get a chance to try local cuisine at Shepherd's Bush market, we will have recommendations on the day.
