We're turning ONE – and you're invited to celebrate a year of Authentic Relating in Brighton with us!
Join a casual, welcoming evening full of connection, music, food, and joy. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or are totally new to the practice, this event is a beautiful chance to meet mindful, open-hearted people and share in the magic we’ve co-created over the past year.

What to Expect
Our practices vary between working in pairs, small groups, and as a full circle, inviting you to experience different dynamics of connection. Authentic Relating is a skill for all relationships—whether romantic, professional, or familial—and, most importantly, for how we relate to ourselves.

Maria Pareo | Researcher, Therapist and founder of Psychoenergetic Work® therapies.
Maria has been helping clients internationally, providing a supportive space to overcome and heal adverse childhood experiences and dysfunctional relationships while promoting change and emotional growth.
Marcus Hunt | Marcus has been helping individuals for several years with his unique knowledge base from decades of research from the esoteric to the scientific. His nuanced perspective is a refreshing resource for many people's journey of growth.
