Womb Circle: Step into Spring 🌸

Calling all menstruators and womb-bearers out there. On Sunday the 21st of April, join me, Martyna, your Menstrual Cycle Guide, the founder of The Kind Space, and an advocate for shame-free periods, menstrual cycle awareness, cyclical living and building sustainable and empowered communities, in order to connect with and to honour our wombs.

Just as we wrap up the fiery Aries season, let’s come together to connect with the wisdom keepers within - our wombs, and explore what spring, both external, and that of our cycles, means for us and our continuous becoming. Our womb, the source of all creation, the root of the divine feminine, is the source and the keeper of our power and deeply transformative and creative energies. I believe that by allowing ourselves to connect with this sacred cave, we gain more clarity and become more attuned to ourselves and others. This circle is themed around the pre-ovulation phase of the cycle, which is our inner spring.

In this 90 minutes session you’ll experience:

• An introduction to the spring season of your cycle
• A new way of weaving in your menarche (first period) into your cyclical story
• A yoga nidra taster (yogic sleep)
• An opportunity to connect with like-minded souls in a brave and encouraging space

I believe that we thrive in togetherness, and my intention is for you to leave this evening feeling calm and supported. The Kind Space aims to be a holding container, where all parts of you are welcome.

The energy exchange is on a sliding scale of £5-13 to allow for access across the globe, and with number 13 being representative of the divine feminine, as well as the average number of a woman’s cycles in a year and the number of yearly lunar cycles!
