We are thrilled to be partnering with the incredible East Forest for his collaborative show with Peter Broderick at the Islington Assembly Hall in London this August.

East Forest and Peter Broderick are two incredibly unique and experimental artists who have come together to create a one-of-a-kind collaborative show. Their latest joint album, ‘Burren,’ serves as the inspiration for this remarkable endeavor. Known for their electro-acoustic orchestral sound combined with ambient soulgaze elements, East Forest and Peter Broderick push boundaries in the music scene.

About East Forest

An incredible multidisciplinary artist, producer, and ceremony guide, East Forest's electro-acoustic music has been coined "blissful" (NPR) and "immersive" (Wired) and our team at The Psychedelic Society can't recommend it more highly for psychedelic playlists.

And if you don't take our word for it, just ask Ram Dass, the spiritual pioneer with whom he recorded the five-hour-long psilocybin soundtrack in 2019, "Music For Mushrooms: A Soundtrack For the Psychedelic Practitioner."

“I'm honored that my teachings have been paired with a musician like, East Forest, who has crafted an album with so much love." - Ram Dass

His work explores living authentically within a modern context through an introspective methodology that weaves together elements of electro-acoustic live music, nature, technology, brain science, and guided meditation.  His "ceremony-concerts" utilize a skilled instrumental repertoire to create space for an emotive inner journey.

"Music For The Deck of The Titanic" is the latest chapter in his ever-evolving career, which includes over 30 albums. Other collaborations with artists include Jon Hopkins, Typhoon, Laraaji, Dead Prez, Nick Mulvey, Peter Broderick, DJ ANNA and more.

As a trailblazer in the global movement of meditation and inner resilience, he offers guided meditations, retreats, a weekly podcast (Ten Laws w/East Forest), and talks that guide students through a brain-body approach aimed towards non-religious and grounded spirituality; he is a faculty member at the Esalen Institute and has worked with Google and Johns Hopkins neuroaesthetics project, UCSF, Wavepaths, Consciousness Hacking, TED, Numinus, is the co-founder of JourneySpace.com, and more.
