Circling is a relational mindfulness practice.
In these sessions we will explore the basic elements and principles of circling such as sensing and noticing, owning your experience and being with others in their world.
I will guide you through simple exercises that will bring you into deeper intimacy with yourself and others.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle into the space. We will close the door 5 minutes in.
