Experience the powerful combination of Kundalini Yoga and Reiki Healing at Walthamstow Quakers House, E17 4QU, in an intimate and safe setting.
I will guide you through transformative practices that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Align your energy centres, release blockages, and cultivate inner peace with this unique blend of ancient healing modalities. Expect Kriyas, Breathwork, Meditation. Mantra Chanting, Reiki Healing during relaxation. During the Reiki Healing aromatherapy scents will be used ,as well as light touch ( optional) . the class is 1hr 15min.
Bring a mat, and wear comfortable clothing. This class is limited to 6 people.
