Coaching for Collective Transformation launch featuring Richard Bartlett, Jocelyn Ames and Karl Steyaert

Coaching for Collective Transformation is a new organisation founded by Stephen Reid, Jonas Gröner and Sarah Pelham offering coaching, mentoring and facilitation for activists, social entrepreneurs, community builders and other people contributing to a liveable future for all by cultivating the quality of their relationships.

Jonas, Stephen and Sarah met at the Life Itself Embodying Collective Transformation community residency in Bergerac, France in November 2022. 

We came together as passionate people committed to enhancing our personal and collective practices and capacities to address the challenges of our time and help create a world that works for the wellbeing of all life. These practices include Non-Violent Communication, Internal Family Systems, embodying authenticity and empathy, holding multiple perspectives, navigating complexity, and taking empowered action. We are inspired by frameworks like transformative justice, microsolidarity and emergent strategy. 

We believe in the power of the collective. Our own growth journeys have shown us that to thrive in a collective it’s important to have support to do the inner work, and expand our capacities to connect and take meaningful action. As coaches we came together to offer our skills in service of collective transformation.

You're invited to join us for this free launch event with special guests Richard Bartlett, Jocelyn Ames, and Karl Steyaert. The three played crucial roles in bringing Coaching for Collective Transformation to life, and we are thrilled for them to join us.
