You are warmly invited to join us for a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.
This is a powerful opportunity to explore transformation through your breath, supported within a safe and nurturing group space.
You’ll be held by experienced facilitators:
Dave has been guiding Breathwork for six years and is trained in conscious connected breathing, pranayama, yoga, meditation, and bodywork.
Zoë is a certified meditation teacher with training in yoga, pranayama, and Reiki.
Together, they weave creativity and intention into each session- bringing in elements like a 360° sound system with emotionally resonant music, a nourishing environment, live poetry or song, and herbal tea to gently close the space.
Please note:
Unlike some Breathwork practices that emphasize intensity or effort, our approach is one of softening, allowing, and deep listening.
There’s no pressure to “keep up.” Instead, you'll be gently encouraged to move at your own pace—honoring the wisdom of your body.
We’re here to support you, just as you are.

Contra-Indications
Please note there are contra-indications for conscious connected breath-work. If you have any of these please kindly refrain from booking onto the event for your own safety :
Schizophrenia, Unmedicated bipolar disorder or psychosis, Unmanaged PTSD, Epilepsy or seizures, Heart conditions or arrhythmia, COPD or pre-existing lung conditions, Delicate and/or first trimester pregnancy, High blood pressure (hypertension), Very low blood pressure with fainting history (hypotension), Severe asthma, Glaucoma and/or detached retina, Severe osteoporosis, Recent major surgery.
