Experience the power of sound through the interweaving of traditional yogic practices with insights from neuroscience and sound healing.

Sound can be a powerful aid to accessing different states, taking us from lethargy to focus, from overwhelm to calm, and there is a wealth of evidence suggesting music helps us process every-day emotions and self-regulate in times of imbalance.

In this 2 hour workshop we will use sound and movement to travel through the nervous system, playfully exploring our embodied experience. Much of the session will be delivered seated or lying down, with some simple movement woven through. 

We have bursary spaces available for those facing finanial hardship who are under represented in yoga spaces. We can offer either a single full price bursary or two 50% discounted spaces depending on the requests we recieve. Please email to enquire.
