🌿 Women’s Circle 🌿

Come and join a nourishing space created for women to slow down, share, and reconnect with themselves and one another. Each circle is an invitation to pause from the busyness of daily life, to arrive fully in the present moment, and to be gently guided through practices of movement, reflection, and rest.

Together we honour the cycles of nature and the turning of the seasons, weaving in celebrations of the sabbats, the phases of the moon, and the rhythms of our own lives. Through sharing, ceremony, and creative practices, we explore themes of empowerment, release, and renewal — supporting one another as we walk our individual and collective paths.

Circles may include gentle movement, relaxation practices such as sound bath or massage, cacao or fire ceremony, and the wisdom of occasional guest speakers and practitioners. Every gathering offers the chance to feel held in community, to connect more deeply with your own body and spirit, and to step back into life with a lighter heart and clearer sense of self.

No experience is needed, just an openness to explore and be part of a supportive circle of women. You are welcome exactly as you are.

🧭 Guidelines – (T&Cs)  Please Be Aware:

This is a drug- and alcohol-free event. Please respect our shared intention to create a safe, clear, and heart-connected space. Anyone arriving under the influence will be asked to leave.

This is an outdoor event and the ground may be uneven, wet, slippery, or stony. Please take care when walking and dancing.

📷 Photos and Videos

We may occasionally take photos or short videos during the event to share the spirit of Dance of the Wild. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let us know and we will absolutely respect your wishes.

🌧️ Adverse Weather

If heavy rain or strong wind is forecast, we may need to postpone. We will notify you by email the day before if there are any changes.

⛾ Cacao
We’ll be sharing a small dose of ceremonial cacao made with organic oat milk (100% vegan).

Please note:
If you are on antidepressants (SSRIs), psychiatric meds, have a heart condition, are pregnant, or are taking 5-HTP, St John’s Wort, or MAOIs, cacao may not be suitable or should be taken in a smaller amount. Cacao can also affect those with epilepsy or sensitivity to theobromine (e.g. triggering headaches or migraines).
