Family Constellations - Harmonising the Masculine and Feminine

What is ‘Family Constellations’? 

‘Family Constellations’ is the name of a group therapeutic process that taps into the mystical level of reality to disentangle issues in a family system or an individual.

Our individual lives are deeply impacted by the family and community we come from and constellations can reveal, and heal, wherever there are issues that stop us from expressing our true selves. 

This is done in a group setting where participants step into the role of family members, places, or concepts for a particular issue holder. The movements of the constellation are guided by the family soul and the‘knowing field’. 

What is the focus of this session? 

In this session we will be exploring the inner masculine and inner feminine, and the relationship between the two. The inner masculine can be seen as the action-driven, directive energy that focuses our lives and creates structure, and the inner feminine can be seen as the creative expression that flows organically within the structure, filling it with love and creating beauty. Our relationship with each aspect can be very different, and integrating the two is often challenging. 

This session will focus on bringing more harmony between the inner masculine and inner feminine.

About the practitioner:

My name is Surrender and I am learning how to surrender to life! 

I have just completed my 18-month training as a Family Constellations practitioner, and I have spent 10 years exploring and practising meditation, yoga and various holistic healing modalities including Reflexology and VortexHealing.
