Dance with your Grief
8th Feb 25 - 2-5pm - East London
Come as you are and join us in a safe, supportive space to be with your grief and hold it with love.
This workshop is all about alchemising the energies of love and grief and letting our inner lions ROAR as we move through it.
We’ll gather in circle, sip cacao, reflect on our journeys, and shake it all out with some powerful movement.
Expect a killer soundtrack—Drum and Bass, vocal activation, and shamanic flow—to help you release and heal, all while connecting deeply with yourself and the group.
It’s time to love your grief, dance it out, and let go.
