Creative Embodiment • Nature Connection • Gentle Pause

Earth Circles are gently held group sessions that invite you into a deeper relationship with your body, creativity, and the natural world around you. Each gathering is an opportunity to slow down, breathe out, and return to your own sense of presence and wholeness.

Rooted in nature-based art therapy, these sessions weave together  process-led art making, embodied meditation, sensory forest bathing, and reflective sharing. We begin by arriving in the body, through gentle movement, guided breath, or stillness before exploring the woodland space and creative materials.

There is no pressure to create something ‘good’ or ‘finished’. This is about play and enquiry—to be, to feel, to play, and to notice what arises when colour and form meet the page. What moves your animal body through senses and emotions through connection and cultivating a relationship with the natural world.  Through this process, we tap into our embodied wisdom and expression - we come home to what is arsing and allow the creative p

About your Facilitator

Sarah Louise : Therapist & Artist 

I have worked with the natural world and creativity for over 12 years as a educator, artist and therapist. Through my therapy training I have rooted into a therapeutic practice that I have founded called : earth-soma. This practice is rooted in the understanding that we have lost balance with nature—and, as a result, with ourselves. The containers are designed to help you deeply remember and reconnect yourself and the wisdom of nature through creative and embodiment practices.I offer both online and in-person sessions at Wilderness Woods in Buxted, East Sussex
