Breathwork & Somatics Group Therapy - 5 Week Closed Group

Join us for an immersive and transformative journey of self-discovery and healing in our Breathwork & Somatics Group Therapy series. This 5-week closed group is designed to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals seeking to explore and process their emotions, release tension, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection.

Starting on Sat Nov 11 2023 and meeting every Saturday 12-2pm till Sat Dec 9 2023, this in-person event will take place at 2 Bayham Street, London, NW1 0ES. Alexandra will guide you through various breathwork and somatic practices, incorporating movement, meditation, and body awareness techniques.

By engaging in this group therapy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your body's innate wisdom, release stored trauma, and develop a greater sense of self-awareness and resilience. Whether you are looking to manage stress, improve emotional well-being, or deepen your personal growth journey, this group offers a supportive community to share and explore your experiences.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Same 5-10 people for 5 sessions held weekly. Each session is typically includes:

  • Group grounding and attunement
  • Opening sharing circle
  • Somatic experience practice/exercise
  • Conscious connected breathwork for around 45-60 mins
  • Closing sharing circle to debrief, reflect, and integrate

Cost £275 (payment plans available)

Also includes 2 x 30min video calls 1-on-1 with me, for consult and integration at the beginning and end of the 5 sessions respectively.

After an initial package as a group there is the option to continue on and work further.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Alex is a specialist in guiding people into their bodies and back into connection with their true self through breathwork and somatic therapy. Trained in Rebirthing Breathwork and Integrative Therapy, she has extensive experience in facilitating. She facilitates the liberation of stuck emotion, energy, and experiences in the body, enabling them to shift and integrate. Having worked through her own acute post-traumatic stress symptoms and auto-immune issues in addition to her training, she is strongly informed by how trauma and the nervous system function.
