PLANTS & DANCE 

We are pleased to announce "Plants & Dance" - our spring and summer program; a series of intro style workshops inspired by nature connection, and conscious dance, as well as more experimental edges where dance & sound system culture meets plant wisdom.

This first series of events is part funded by the National Lottery, and so we are happy to say that half of the tickets on this entire program will be offered at half price, and a large portion will also be offered at a concessionary rate, as well as donation based events.

As part of the ongoing vision to buy seeds and repopulate our native lands with nectar rich plants & native wildflowers, 10% of any profits raised will be put towards this mission.

This is a celebration of our beautiful land and the plants that grow in such abundance as the spring blossoms into being. Everyone is welcome - spread the word!

WEAVING PLANT FIBRES  - with Rosemary Riedl O'Brien

June 10th - 10am - midday - The Hex, Studio 30, Dartington Estate

Join Rose for an introductory Weaving workshop creating with ethically sourced plant fibres and ancestral hand craft techniques. Using a simple card board Loom you will learn to create your own plant inspired cloth, aiming to create a textile that celebrates the wonders of natural fibres.

ROSE OF THE HEART

You are warmly invited to meet with Rose, in our heart-centred collaboration.

Emilia-Jane and Billie Maree are delighted to weave this offering together combining their love of Rose and embodiment practises creating the Rose of the Heart Journey.

Beginning in circle with rose tea meditation and sharing leading into movement - first with hatha yoga inspired by Rose. Then Billie will guide the journey with a set curated in collaboration with Rose.

As we wind down we will finish with a dreamy Rose yoga nidra accompanied by sound and rose water to integrate the gifts of rose into your whole being.

SUNFLOWER RISING - SOLSTICE DANCE

3.30-6.30pm - The Hex, Studio 30, Dartington Estate

Calling all crew to join us at the Hex as we launch into the Summer festivities with a pre Solstice Dance. This is a dance to celebrate the sunflower, and indeed all flowers; that bring such joy, colour and beauty into the world.
