What is KAP- Kundalini Activation Process?
KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates the process of Kundalini awakening. In a KAP session, spontaneous movements can and do arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realisations. But these are just some of the side effects that can and do happen.
A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations, are seen regularly in participants.
In a session, you lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s it. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story…
Even though clients might go through deep healing and have strong experiences on a spiritual level, the focus in KAP is the embodiment of the spirit force and the shifts it brings in your consciousness. What matters is not what happens in a session, but the great shifts in your life after sessions.
Do I need any experience to join a class?
No prior experience is necessary, KAP classes are open to individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, and there is no requirement to have any prior training in yoga, meditation, or energy work. What truly matters is approaching the class with an open mind and a belief in the existence of energy beyond one's self.
Is KAP Safe
KAP's gradual awakening process is described as 100% natural and safe. As the energy pathways and chakra centers clear, the body naturally adjusts, detoxifies, and begins to heal, fostering a balanced emotional and physical state. Importantly, there is no force applied in KAP, and participants are encouraged to experience the awakening at their own pace.
KAP distinguishes itself from traditional Kundalini practices, as well as breath work and energy practices like Qigong, which often employ a more assertive approach aimed at generating and intensifying energy within the body.
KAP also in contrast is a transmission energy, typically entering through the crown of the head it creates a grounding energy that readies the Kundalini channel. In cases where an individual's Kundalini awakens on its own, it often manifests as a powerful upward-pushing energy that can potentially destabilise the system if it hasn't been adequately prepared. The KAP process helps prepare the system for this eventuality, should it occur naturally over time.
KAP follows a more receptive path, involving no force, it allows participants to naturally awaken to the energy at their own pace. Embracing the approach of surrender, it respects individuals readiness, ensuring harmony with each person's preparedness, and nurturing a self-directed journey towards activation.
I have had a Kundalini Awakening, is KAP appropriate for me?
Experiencing a Kundalini Awakening can deeply alter one's consciousness and energy dynamics. The intensity of these changes may be overwhelming leading to the energy to retreat and become dormant once again. KAP can provide valuable support following an awakening, aiding in the upgrade of the body and energy pathways, teaching the system how to accommodate higher light frequencies and manage the increased energy flow with greater efficacy.
Who shouldn’t do KAP?
KAP is not recommended for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. As this process will expand your capacity to feel you will have to be able to handle the emotional process in between sessions. If this is too difficult to handle on your own, we recommend you not to continue with the sessions.
I am pregnant, can I still attend a class?
If you are pregnant and in your third trimester we recommend you to wait until after birth to continue with the transmissions. Before the third trimester (7-9 months) it is ok to attend as long as you are feeling well and can without problems participate in activities such as gym activities or yoga, for example. Always let your facilitator know that you are pregnant before a KAP session. It is the clients responsibility to know their individual limitations recommended by their doctor and to be aware of what positions to avoid that can be harmful to mother or baby.
I am depressed/anxious, can I still attend a class?
Yes. Many students report that KAP helped them with their anxiety/depression. Just be aware that if you’re on antidepressant medication there’s a possibility that you could be less sensitive to the energy.
I have Kundalini Syndrome, is KAP helpful for me?
From my personal experience, I would say yes, KAP helped me in managing my symptoms as it supported the clearing of the energetic blockages that were disrupting my system. I observed how the lineage of KAP energy, infused with its inherent intelligence, and deep consciousness reorganised and upgraded my body, enabling me to hold extended Kundalini energies. KAP also fostered grounding, promoted balance, and facilitated the integration my system required.
