A Place to Be - A conscious sharing space with shamanic drumming

A Place to Be is a lovingly held space by Sylvia and Raphael, for truth, presence and connection. It is a space of deep listening, mutual respect, and presence. An intentional drum meditation will connect us to those parts of the subconscious that are ready to be awakened. We give space to connect in a conscious sharing circle, but whether you feel called to speak, sit in silence or simply let the rhythm continue to move through you, all of you is welcome.

What to Expect:

• Opening grounding + shamanic drumming
• A safe, lightly guided sharing circle
• Speaking and listening from the heart
• No fixing, no advice — just presence
• Open space for doing movement, drawing, connecting or whatever you feel is needed to relieve your mind, body and heart
• Warm drinks

We begin with grounding breath and the comforting beat of the drum, a heartbeat to guiding you to arrive into the here and now. From there, we open the circle for conscious sharing. You’re invited to speak what’s alive for you in the moment without pressure, no need to fix, explain, or advise. Simply show up in your truth. Come as you are.

We are happy trying to offer this space also for parents with their babies, please contact us and we find a way that meets every participants need.

About the facilitators:

Sylvia and Raphael hold powerful spaces for inner work. Spaces in which the whole that we are, the Masculine and Feminine and all in between find a place to be expressed and arise, so that we can come into peace with ourselves. By this, creating a foundation for coming into peace with each other and Mother Earth.
Their journey together started 6 years ago and has led them to many inner and outer places on their path of healing. They are parents to a 3 year old daughter.
