What a journey life is and what a gift it is to gather together in community, move our bodies freely and eat delicious food together!
Embodied Movement Gathering is a very special experience.
What: an invitation to express yourself freely and authentically to feel more deeply in the presence of others where previously you may have avoided expression or beings seen.
- A space for genuine and authentic connections to be made.
- A 90 minute multi genre DJ SET with space followed
- A deeply nourishing wholefoods plant based meal together
Community – Connection – Expression – Nourishment
Why?:
Humans have always had spaces to gather together and express themselves freely. Some cultures will still dance in community after work in the streets. Movement and expression go hand in hand with living more courageously and living from our aliveness. We are tired of being weighed down by our lives stories and are investing in creating spaces for our freedom, joy and liberation.
Where?:
Embodied Movement Gathering began in a beautiful woodland lakeside venue. We now gather at Box End Water Park, Box End Bedfordshire overlooking the water.
