An empowering journey to reconnect to your body and go deep into feeling. We will be finding release through breath, voice, movement and sound so we can rise up together! Letting go of fears and limiting beliefs, and finding the strength to set our own boundaries, developing a kind, loving relationship with our Selves.

We live in a fast-paced, virtual world and it’s very easy to become numb and disconnected from ourselves and each other. This workshop is an invitation to come back. Slow down and listen. Listen to your body, acknowledge and express your thoughts and emotions with no judgement or expectations. We will be using our voices to express what has been supressed and finding our inner power. Using movement to connect to our bodies and release what we’ve been holding on to that’s been weighing us down. Embracing all the sensations and emotions moving through us.

Through Sound, receiving the medicine from ancient, sacred and shamanic instruments such as Tibetan bowls, conch shells, Chinese wind gong and Shamanic drum.
