Tridevi - The Goddess Story

A 3 part introduction exploring the Tridevi. This special series is offered once per month over 3 months weaving the magical stories of the 3 main Hindu Dieties ~ Saraswati, Lakshmi & Parvati through storytelling, breath, mantra, mudra & movement.

Led by our Shakti Dance Movement Alchemist Mystic Mela, who will guide you through a themed class exploring eachGoddess. Over the whole series you will discover the origin of each Goddess, her special powers, how she overcame unsurmountable obstacles and how you can embrace her
unique qualities in your own life. 

Uncover their story, be inspired by them, unravel the symbols relating to them, their special powers and how they used them.

Invoke and embody them and weave their bravery and personality traits into your own rituals and meditations to improve your daily experience. 

All experience levels very welcome to attend. Movements can be adapted to suit those with limited mobility. If you have any accessibility concerns or requests please let us know upon registration.

Mela’s teachings are a combination of her life’s experiences and what she has learned during her 18 years of guiding individuals through yoga, meditation, breath, movement, ritual, ceremony and sound healing. Her rituals and ceremonies draw on teachings from Hindu & Buddhist Mythology as well as Shamanic & Somatic practices.

About Your Facilitator - Mystic Mela

Mela Fismer is a dedicated advocate for bringing people together to heal and access their inner gifts. 

With nearly two decades of experience as a senior yoga teacher, Mela has honed her expertise in guiding individuals towards physical and spiritual well-being. She has a knack for storytelling and loves to weave Hindu mythology into her offerings. Which serves as a unique way for participants to gain much knowledge through her teachings. 

As a movement artist, Mela specialises in embodied movement, shakti dance, and sensual movement, empowering women through self-expression and body awareness. She believes in the transformative power of movement and uses vibrational sound as a tool to facilitate healing and growth in her students. 

Mela's unique gift lies in creating safe and welcoming spaces for individuals from all walks of life to explore their true selves. 

As a mistress of ceremony, she offers meaningful rituals such as mother’s blessings, birthdays, and coming of age ceremonies, fostering a sense of connection and celebration.
