Shibari workshop: exploring the energy of the Earth

Step into the grounding embrace of the Earth in this Shibari Workshop with Shibari practitioner and educator Anna Noctuelle. Designed for those ready to deepen their rope practice, “Earth” is a guided exploration of floor-based ties, where gravity becomes your collaborator and presence is your medium.

Rooted in the fundamentals, this class expands into more intricate harnesses, movement, and techniques - all while staying on the ground. You’ll learn to work with the floor as a partner, using it to support movement, expression, and surrender.

Join us as we explore the energy of Earth: stability, grounding, patience, presence. You'll be guided in how to foster intentional connection, build trust, and develop intuitive communication with your partner. Together, we'll create space for playful exploration, conscious touch, and embodied creativity.

This class is designed for those who have completed our Beginners class (or equivalent) and feel confident with basic rope handling, frictions, and body awareness in rope.

Come with a partner or rope friend you trust and want to explore deeper grounding with.

• Exercises to build communication and deepen connection
• Space for experimentation and flow

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring your own yoga mat.

ABOUT ANNA:

With 20 years of experience, Anna Noctuelle is a highly skilled Shibari practitioner whose journey began as a personal exploration and evolved into a multifaceted practice. She teaches, models, and performs internationally, captivating audiences and sharing her passion for this beautiful art form. Anna’s background in classical dance and her yoga practice infuse her Shibari practice with grace and body awareness, while her studies in Buddhism, Tantra, and Shamanism provide a spiritual depth to her work. She is committed to creating safe, inclusive environments where curiosity, courage, and playfulness thrive and offers workshops, private classes and sessions.

Carlotta is an Event Coordinator at The Psychedelic Society, with a deep passion for nature, personal and collective growth, mystical experiences and food (Italian roots play a big role here!).

Psychedelics have profoundly transformed her life, opening her mind to new perspectives and deeper self-awareness, allowing her to break free from the 9-5 grind and to launch her own PR and Events company -  Carlotta PR.
