Peter 'Chippy' Grant is a seasoned vegan chef with a passion for holistic wellness, with 15 years of experience in catering events, retreats, and festivals and private cheffing worldwide. 

Bogdan Theo has over 17 years of experience working in prestigious Central London and Mayfair restaurants. Now he brings his expertise to a more nature-focused retreat and festival setting.​​​

Food is Medicine is for designed for busy professionals and entrepreneurs who wants to learn the fundamental skills and knowledge that regenerative chefs possess and apply that knowledge to their own lifestyle. This is not a course to train as a chef, but rather to inspire and empower you to live healthier and have more confidence when hosting and cooking for others.

Food is the foundation of our lives. It gives us the energy and nutrition that we need to act and thrive in the world. How we cook and eat has a profound impact on our health and quality of life. However, so many of us lack the fundamental food knowledge and cooking skills that chefs possess.

We created this course to give busy professionals and founders the opportunity to not only spend time learning food fundamentals from proven chefs but also to focus in on how to best integrate these lessons into their day to day routines.

After the course ends, we will all stay connected and support each other as we make meaningful and lasting changes to our food habits and wider lifestyle.
