  What To Expect:  

This path begins with the understanding the fundamentals of building trust, safety and connection, within a trauma informed framework which are the core pillars of deeply healing somatic work. 

  On the foundations of trust, safety and connection we journey together through the course content and nurture the loving and supportive container for this experiential training. 

  In addition to learning the practicalities of how to give sessions, you will be directly experiencing each aspect of this work, so be prepared to release old emotional wounds, to open yourself up to more self-love, acceptance and life force energy to flow through you.

  The course gently builds towards Yoni and Lingam De-armouring on the last day of instruction before two practice days to experience both giving and receiving a full session of this beautiful technique.
