Join this Wild Love breathwork session to soften into your body. Wild Love Breathwork is a movement and breath practice that unlocks what is blocking you from reconnecting to your body, by softening and delving deep into your subconscious. So often healing is also intertwined in achievement-based hustle culture, step away from that and into the pace of your inner guidance. Reem holds the space and guides you into your body while reminding you that you are always the expert, to trust your breath, to soften into yourself, and build self trust. This is a seated practice, please have a thick pillow to sit on, a blanket, some tissues, and a yoga mat or something comfortable below you.
