As women & womb folk we have been told that our sexual energy is to be given away, that our bodies are to be used as gateways for other people's pleasure or survival. We have been objectified, shamed, abused, used and persecuted because of our power without the world realising that our power is the key to existence.

Are you wanting to make time for play? To truly allow room for juiciness in your life? To look at the world with a child like curiosity? To take a moment to pause, breath and see all the deliciousness around you and take a bite.

This September in a cosy yurt nestled into the Slad valley, I am running a day retreat for women & womb folk ready to step in and reclaim their Maiden power. 🔥🌹🍁

We will be reconnecting with our bodies, the elements and the land and honouring our sacred feminine energy. Seeing eachother in our raw authentic, chaotic and wild nature. Inviting ALL OF YOU.

During the day we will be moving between the yurt and lands incorporating playful & sacred rituals. We will sit in circle in the yurt and around the fire and be guided into meditative movement, and self devotion practices and create space to freely express anything that needs to come.

This retreat is a gateway, an opening to reclaiming your inner most sensual self for YOU and allowing space for the vulnerability it may bring. It is a space to be seen, to honour the shadow & light in all of us. Speaking desires and to be unapologetically ready to own your deliciousness for yourself.

It does not matter what part of life you are walking, your age or archetypal embodiment. This retreat is for anyone wanting to reclaim their maiden self and honour that energy for the day.
