The time has come for me to share how I control my mind and body to achieve the impossible. 

In 2020, I was invited by the BBC to teach Peter Crouch and Wayne Bridge, two football stars, to have the courage to walk on the wire. 

In 2022, the YouTube influencer Tom Scott asked me the same and almost 1 Million people watched! 

First, they all thought it would be impossible. 

After spending some time with me, they managed to achieve things they didn’t believe they could do. 

For both of them it was a transformative, liberating experience that gave them a boost of self-confidence and willpower. 

Since then, lots of people have asked me over the years if I teach how to walk on the high wire. 

And now the time has come… 

This is YOUR opportunity to learn the skills I’ve developed over the last 26 years that have helped me to become U.K.’s number one high wire walker. 

What I am going to teach over the ‘LIVING BALANCE’ weekend retreat at the beginning of August is how to:

I’m offering a few lucky individuals the opportunity for a deep dive into balance. I will give the chance for a small group of you to come together and experience some of the tools and techniques I’ve developed over the years to be able to focus mind and body, to find my centre and step forwards with the courage which is required to make crossings by high-wire sometimes 20 or 30m high on a 16mm wire rope.

Retreat dates: 5th & 6th August 2023 

We will meet on my beautiful land in Somerset for two full nights and two days of balance exercises for mind and body. there's space for camping or help to find a local air b'n'b so you're comfortable before we focus on courage and balance which will prepare you for the final challenge, a real attempt to walk a real high-wire

Arrival time: Friday the 4th from 4pm. 

Includes camping and vegan, organic food.

  • Your own camping equipment (bell tents are available for hire) including sleeping bag and mattress
  • Warm clothes
