SLOW SENSORY SOUL
A space to slow down and drop beneath the surface of daily life—a place to become more fully embodied and to rest into deeper connection with body and soul.
Through story, imagination, movement, and ritual, we open to what arises when we soften and allow ourselves to unfold.
This is an invitation to nourish yourself, inhabit your body, be in community, and awaken creativity and reverence for life.
