Kundalini Yoga workshop

Discover the ancient practice of kundalini yoga, and its health benefits for stress reduction, anxiety relief, self-sabotaging behavior, addictions, overactive mind, and emotional/ physical health issues.

"Your kundalini energy can be thought of as awakening your most authentic self, your power, your intuition" 3HO​

Kundalini yoga is known for its repetitive movement patterns, dynamic breathwork, active meditations, and mantras.

The practice is based on 6 building blocks:

Breath - Asana - Drishti - Mantra - Mudra​

Breath: Conscious breath allows us to move and direct energy flow through the body.

Asana: Asana helps to direct that energy flow.

Mudra: The position of the hands sends specific signals to the brain, allowing you to open and close the energy channels by your own will to direct the flow of prana in the body.

Drishti: The Sanskrit word for eye focus is drishti, and the practical and philosophical teaching is that where your attention goes, your energy flows. 

Bandhas: are physical exercises that involve the constriction of particular areas of the body to block the flow of energy, which results in an increased energy flow in the opposite direction.

Mantra: By repeating specific sounds, you adjust the vibration of both your environment and yourself. ​

You will leave with simple yet effective daily practices, helping you master your mind, body, and energy systems. ​

Supporting your emotional/ physical health and wellbeing. ​

Held in the lovely "Studio 8" studio in Wells.​
